Logging on for the first time

1. Enter your username: It’s the 16-digit code you received from the caisse, starting with 4540. Contact an advisor with your parents if you don’t have this number.  To find out how to reach your caisse, go to

2. Configure your profile. Choose a personal phrase, image and 3 security questions with answers you will easily remember when prompted while logging on.

3. Enter the temporary password you received from the caisse.

4. Choose a password. Don’t share it with anyone and keep it in a safe place.

Logging on after the first time

1. Enter your password. For security reasons, you’ll see your personal phrase and image every time you log on. You may be asked 1 of your 3 security questions.
